Unqualified Teachers

So my previous school started to hire unqualified long-term subs who taught kids for months at a time. They failed spectacularly. They needed an insane amount of support to the point that other people basically did their jobs for them. The kids sensed this weakness and walked all over them. I'm a related service provider, and kids straight up told me during therapy that they banded together and decided as a whole not to listen to Ms. so-and-so because “they don't like him” and that they miss Ms. Former-Teacher-That-Quit so much. It was incredibly dramatic and bizarre. Teachers were openly disdainful. And what's funny is how much the unqualified teachers complained about pay. The irony.
