Unrealistic payscale

Was invited to submit an application for a part-time online grade 6-12 teaching job. Upload resume, answer a bunch of questions, then the next to last question asks “This job pays $15.50 an hour. Is that acceptable?” and had yes/no radio buttons. While they don't require a masters (although I have one) they do require a teaching certification. I answered no and got an automated response shortly after thanking me for applying, and explaining they had so many applicants and I would not be invited to move forward. There was no acknowledgement that I said their pay rate was unacceptable, although I'm sure that's what triggered the response.
