Unrelenting Monotony

Struggling to figure out how to tell my manager I'm not paid enough to be ok w/constantly fixing errors. Like my entire workday everyday the past year has been dedicated to fixing others' mistakes. It screams ungrateful, but this is work not a relationship. The monotony of the task & knowing that my “peers” are essentially doing the bare minimum while I continue to strive for excellence. This is nerve wrecking. Open to suggestions.
