Update from here.
So I tried keeping my clockout receipts from the last 2 nights I worked but they ended up being the last 2 nights I worked at all. My manager gave me the side eye when I put it in my pocket instead of in the trash. The next night I called in sick. The next time I saw him after that, I went to talk to him about the schedule and my manager told me I was sick too often, and to stop coming in because I was fired. I hadn't gotten a chance to go in to the manager's office yet, reset my password because I lost it, login to the computer, and print out my timesheets to compare to those receipts which I didn't lose and this process isn't suspicious or intentionally difficult so that people won't check their timesheets or salary. Now, since I don't work there, I don't have access to that computer.
I do however have a lawyer who says they fired me before I was able to ask for accommodations for my chronic illness of which my boss was fully aware and he fired me as I was asking for those accommodations and instead of continuing that conversation, he said, “You're fired.” so I arguably was fired illegally.
I'm not sure that I care though. I made zero money. Job literally did not pay my rent. I'm leaving it up to the lawyer whether we do anything. They're a free paid-after-the-fact discrimination lawyer so if they don't think it's a good idea, yeah ok.
