Venting about calling in sick

Just need to put this out into the world. I hate the fact that I get so scared to call in sick. I just know they are all going to be talking shit about me today. I have chronic pain so I`ve already used all my sick days and will be taking unpaid leave. I am a hard worker and I know my worth. It just really mentally sucks. Anyone else feel this way
