violations of labor law related to exempt/non-exempt employees

A personal antidote: in my company, every full-time employee is considered exempt, despite state criteria not clearly being met in the least. Me and my coworkers all work at least 5-10 hours of unpayed overtime a week. This is effectively 10s of thousands per month going likely into the pockets of the executives of our company, not to mention I know of one personally (we frequently work together) who pays herself hourly… Not sure if I should report this to OSHA or try and get the company to increase salaries across the board (they currently pay a 40hr local minimum wage equivalent salary – AKA unlivable GARBAGE WAGE). What do people think?
