I worked for a company for 4.5 years, and when enough was enough I put in my two week notice and walked away. Attached you will find my letter of resignation. Also attached you will find a letter my ex employer mailed out to me. This letter was written a WEK AFTER I left, mailed 6 WEEKS AFTER I left.
“Voluntary Termination” really stuck out to me.
