Just found out I'm being moved to a new team in my department again after just two weeks on my current team. I asked if I could stay and was fed a bunch of reasons why this new role would break great. I asked again and they said it was already decided. My strengths are suited to my current role and definitely not this new one. Feeling sick now since we have pay tiers and if I suck at this new role, then my hourly rate would drop, and money is already tight. Fuck.
