Recently I found out new employees at my job are getting paid the same as me, even though i’ve been there multiple years. I’ve basically been told to train/watch them as well. It doesn’t make sense we make the same. This is an hourly wage in a service industry as well. I enjoy my job and am nervous about salary negotiations, but with my experience/workmanship I feel I deserve a little more. What are your thoughts?
