Wage complications

I work as a sales associate in California for a mega corporation, specifically their retail division. My conundrum here is I was earning $14 an hour till December of last year. The regional manager then “gave” me a dollar raise out of “generosity” (seriously that’s how my manager told me.) when I asked if this is separate from the $15 dollar minimum wage that would take effect Jan 1st, my manager didn’t make a comment (It wasn’t separate). Another, similar problem I have is that sales associates at other store locations within the same shopping malls (there’s 3 separate malls all within the walking distance of each other), make $2 dollars an hour more than me, despite the fact I routinely outsell them and have worked for the company longer than them. Every time I ask, It gets brushed aside. I’d name the company but no one names theirs so…
