Wage gap and notice

I am an immigrant coming from a 3rd world country, there I had amazing previous experiences, I worked with Cisco, had a few certifications and all that. 3 years ago I decided to move to another country and it was amazing. My first job here was at a coffee shop as a barista, worked 40 hours a week, no stress until the owner showed himself to be a fucking xenophobic bitch. I quit after 1 year and a half working for him, needing to listen everyday that people from my country are lazy and thieves. Got a job at a hotel, nice place to work until new management came. Worked there for 1 year and 3 months. Some people cried when I left. The thing there for me was that I was a supervisor doing a manager’s job and getting paid €0,50/h more than staff with way less responsibilities. Finally…

Finally I started working on a dream company a few weeks ago thinking it would kick off my IT career once again. The thing is there are 3 types of employees, the ones hired by the company, the ones hired by agencies that are treated as hired by the company (my case) and contractors.

A few weeks ago we were talking between the agency employees, talking about the work itself that is not the hardest or requires a lot from us, basically we are required to be at the office for 10 hours a day, 4 days a week what I consider a fucking good deal. My problem with it is the wage gap between all the agency employees. Some agencies pay 4k more a year than others and mine pays the lowest of all of them.

Facing that, I spoke to the agency and explained to them how I feel, once the manager said that we should all be receiving the same because the company pays the same for every agency. The agency told me it is wrong to talk about wages and shit like that happens only when we talk about wages, if we mind our own business we wouldn’t get so upset. I’m planning to give my notice as soon as I get a new job.
