So I went on an interview for a administrative assistant position at this new company 20 minutes from where I live. This company is from California they make eco-friendly cleaning supplies and car parts, this company along with a South Korean EV company are going to in partnership at the plant seling their products. So I go in and the interview isn't even an interview, I just mostly filled out forms and asked some basic questions which the interviewee couldnt answer. But she told me that the company would start production mid March. She then asked if I could do a drug test after the interview and 3 hours later I passed. She them told me it would take a while for the background check. So for 4 weeks I followed up and today I was told the postion is on hold without any indication what happens next. I am so frustrated at this point, not only was I stringed along but never got a full picture of the job.
