I just had an encounter with a Wal-Mart employee. I'll use the feedback I sent on their app tell the story
“I don't know who loaded groceries in my car. Its raining, and I felt bad for having someone load my groceries in the rain, so I left $20 in my trunk and a note saying please take the tip since its raining. The guy handed it back to me through my window, said “Just keep coming back, that's all we ask.”
You don't deserve this guy and his loyalty and strength of character. Whatever you're paying him, its not enough. Pretty much true for all your employees since you pay starvation wages. But if someone can track down the guy who loaded my car, give him some kind of “attaboy” reward please. He's a good man”
Seriously, it boggles my mind that people can be like that for an employer who barely pays them at all.
