So I've only been working at Walmart for 4 days as a overnight stocker last time. Last Friday they had me sticking by myself unloading bulky baking aisle stuff. Had pallets up to my chest and I'm a tall dude. The lady told us we had to be done by 5am which was impossible since I'm by myself still new. She sent me some help on the last hour how TF are we supposed to still finish 3 to 4 more pallets of work in less than an hour. So after our 2nd break the guy who helped me was gone and so was my pallet so near the end of our shift we do zoning just making the items looks good on the aisles. Mind you I have to do 2 aisles and that alone takes 1 to 2 hours to do. So here it is 7am I'm supposed to leave I've already clocked out was fixing toeace but one of the managers or teameas stopped saying I still had freight to do and zoning I'm like wtf nobody told me this at all that we still had to stay we get done. So she tells me to talk to my manager I told him hey it's time for me to go it's 7am. He looked at me crazy and said that don't look good that you haven't finished your work. So I did like 20 minutes of work off the clock. I then try to leave again this time I talk to all of them the main said nobody could until we finished our work and that I would be coached if it did this again yet I did 8 to 9 hours of work so why tf do I need to stay if y'all have a morning stock team. I'm disabled and on medication. How do you expect me to do 4 to 6 pallets of work at part time in less than 6 hours by myself as a new hire? Apparently it's against policy to keep us after our shift is up unless they ask us to volunteer which nobody said nothing to me. The team lead acted like I didn't do anything. Am I wrong or being petty cause they said they would have to do it if we lefted which I think is BS.
