I work at a warehouse, max target is 85 an hour and minimum target is 65. If you hit minimum target you get harassed, get called the favourite word “lazy” by managers. Even some of the work slaves (back lickers) started using this at others who refuse to bend over to work like slaves.
Get written warning for checking the time on your phone.
