Okay, I will preface this by saying I can't raise pay, improve benefits, etc. Thats just not my realm of power.
But… I am working on ways to make the quality of warehouse workers days better. (I am an hr business partner). And my main focus is employee engagement ( or at least, thats what I'm choosing to focus on… I don't deal with benefits/pay as I said before and I cannot give pto)
I am posting on antiwork because working sucks, yes. I also hate my boss, Im not making 6 figures (actually underpaid for my title but thats another rant). But if I have to do this job to survive, I'd at least want to spend my time actually pushing for things that make these employees lives less miserable. And antiwork seems like the best place to get brutally honest answers.
So, let me know what you would want from mid-level leaders who cant change your material conditions but can affect your work experience! 🙂
