I am job searching and have just filled out yet another application asking for the exact same information present in my resume, which I submitted when I applied online. Dear companies: If you want quality people, don't waste your applicants' time. Dear HR: Don't ask for the same info over and over and over when it's already been provided to you. I haven't even had an interview yet and I'm already annoyed.
