They didn't even mention it during interveiw, I had to ask myself at the end of it. They didn't specify hours, had to ask them myself, they didn't specify breaks, had to ask them myself.
They also asked me about hypothetical situation and what I would do, without giving any details. They literally asked me “if customer calls you and has a problem with gift card, what would you do”. I answered I would ask questions to investigate further and then try to solve it accordingly.
Wtf are those interviews.
