The contract is in legalese but that’s what I got from it , also I think I’d have to send the gear they had given me for the job back at my own expense

Was planning on quitting soon anyway since I hate marketing but the boss really gave me the best reason with this new contract that basically says I would have to give them a full months notice before I could leave if I signed it
