Was reporting this job ad justified?

I just saw a job ad that I found pretty strange and offensive. It's a law firm asking for a MBO 4 degree (this is one level behind higher/near early university education/Bachelor in the Netherlands) but the tasks they offered: – being a receptionist – making customers feel happy and comfortable – having a nice telephone voice – cleaning the area I thought, it's almost as if they are unable to value the MBO 4 degree we have here, and claim it's some sort of uneducated person applying and doing only simple things, despite the fact that law firms could offer more interesting tasks for someone with a degree like that. It's just sad what employers feel about people who don't have an actual university degree. Wdy think?
