Was the Grass Greener?

Seeing a lot of people loving the fact they gloriously quit their crap jobs and moved on to a place with better pay. Just wondering from those that have done this and spent some time at the new company and past the honeymoon stage, are you happy there? We hear about all the toxic cultures, but nothing about the positive cultures. I know they exist!
