Was working Monday – Friday for 10 months and after a meeting with our company GM suddenly my manager changed my days off to Wednesday and Thursday

So would this be classified as workplace retaliation? I had a meeting with our Gm about how I felt my manager treated me unfairly compared to other people in my department. She said she would speak with my manager and they did and now my manager is telling me I’m working weekends again. I started working part time for my dad on Saturdays and sometimes sundays, im not just going to take losing an extra $600 a month sitting down, would this be considered workplace retaliation? Im going to have another meeting with our Gm and bring it up to her on Wednesday when im back in town
