Waze would have sent to a place 2 miles away from were I wanted to go to, and after reporting the fault they want me to do a load of stuff.

In order for us to investigate your issue, please reply to my email with your debug logs.
Open Waze
In the search bar, type 2##2, and then tap the magnifying glass
A Debug Mode message appears. Tap OK.
Close and re-open Waze
Do the same thing in the app that didn’t work for you. Take a screenshot if you can.
Tap the orange Report button in the bottom right, and then Debug
Tap Yes and wait for a confirmation message
Reply to this email and include:
Your approximate location
Your device’s name and model number
The date and time you sent the logs
A screenshot of the issue
Your route’s start point (this should be searchable in the Waze Live Map/Waze app)
Your route's end point (this should be searchable in the Waze Live Map/Waze app)
The exact issue you’re experiencing
What steps you took, from start to finish
What you expected to happen
What actually happened
The exact location of the route that was suggested (send us a permalink)
To exit Debug Mode:In the search bar, type 2##2, and then tap the magnifying glass
Tap OK
