I had to delete the video, but basically we refused to load our cars. Everybody has crazy tour, which are impossible to do. 170 stopps and 230 parcels. Everybody.
A lot of discussion later with the team leader it was set that we didnt have to finish the whole tour and just bring back what is left over.
Which is still something. We are just 15 drivers, but we think we should just stop working at all. The pay is low and the workload gets increased more and more.
This is btw in germany and not the USA. Dont think its that much better here.
