We just had a meeting with our district manager who informed us we are no longer alowed to cross the street and get food while on our breaks. (Most of us only get 15 minute paid breaks).
Her reasoning was that our uniforms represent the company.
This is the same managment team who consistently changes the amount of breaks employees receive depending on hours worked and has acknowledged that after 12pm most people don't take breaks due to staffing issues.
August 10th is my last day and it cant come soon enough.
