We interviewed a very bright man from India today, based on his answers I could tell he googled the position and regurgitated what he read online. He’s got another interview next week

Fuck it. Who doesn’t embellish their work experience in an interview. We’ll teach him what he needs to know; I’m sure he’s smart enough to catch on. Besides if we don’t give him a chance who will? He has a degree from a University in India but I’m unsure how well those transfer.
