no one is talking about how discriminative is the AI job hiring prosses that if you don't use exactly the correct word you will end up in the trash bin without even a single person looking at it.
my degree isn't as common as it use to be and 100% of the time i can never find it on drop down menu and when i apply at jobs that don't use AI services i get calls back almost right away vs jobs that use AI.
additionally compagnies need to lower their standards when no one is qualify but all they are looking for is 10 years experience.I'm kinda tired of applying after over 100 resume sent and only 2 call back.
