I’m a university student and I met a friend in university as well and we want to build an NFT project together. He’s ranting about his idea 24/7 and never do it. So i said let’s start it. There are several things to do for it:
Technical:
Smart contract: another guy writes our smart contracts not him.
Front end (mint page): me and another guy was working on it. Not him
Create metadata: another guy again not him.
Discord: me (he don’t even know how to turn on gif setting in discord)
What he did: “hey guys let’s have meeting to do the work together, how’s the website doing, how’s smart contract doing” he didn’t pay us.
Price determine:
At first, he just puts out a price 0.15, i ask to lower it because it’s unreal expectations for people to buy in at that price with a project that puts nothing to marketing budget. Now hes ranting with other people about how he makes the price lower because he believes in low mint price will do better.
Marketing:
I set up marketing to get us 250 followers (going into groups, reddit to shill about it) , afterwards, he joins in spaces with his own twitter handle and talk about “his project” and get us 150 followers more (his twitter handles get more followers in that time btw) And he said where we are today is because of him keep joining space.
In spaces, he talks about how he is a developer (he cant even fix css flaws when I just ask him to fix it himself). Me and him buys in @alienfren project together, we got big bucks out of it. His other investments (worth more than 1eth) is all negative. And he keeps going out there proving that he knows the market by repeating the same information that people is saying on twitter. Wow just wow
