Friend of mine interviewed for a job at a large corporation today. Interview was virtual amd position is 100% remote. Three people conducted the interview. The HR manager asked “What was your work ethic in high school?” My friend has a bachelor's degree, married with kids and is in her 40s. WHY would they ask such a question? I wonder if it was to assess her agr maybe? What do yall think?
