During work today my boss came up to me very excited about a writen add he had seen; which he then paraphrased as, “we will hire you, but not tell you what to do, you must just do, and do it well”.
I kinda just stood in front of him, confused, as he tried to explain what the meaning of the add was, stating that, and I quote, “it just means you have to work hard, and do it well the first time or you get fired. That's how it should be here, we should just be able to do it (glass blowing) once, and then just continue doing it. Instead of fucking up. I do it well, so I wouldn't get fired”.
The irony is, he doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. And blames everything, anyone, and anything on mistakes he causes.
Murphys law, he made a few mistakes today. I just kinda laughed it off.
