I am finally quitting my shit job today. A few months ago I had to pay $200 out of pocket for the repairs/replacement to my tires. A few weeks ago they tried to write me up for calling out to take care of my immunocompromised girlfriend who had covid. Now I find out they've turned off deliveries for Monday until further notice, so I've lost 9 of my hours every week, and they didn't bother telling me. With inflation and the price of gas, it is no longer feasible to work there. They are VERY short staffed, and the RM is confused as to why, saying things like “idk why anyone isn't applying, we're paying $10/hr”. It's gonna feel great to walk in and just ask my manager to give me a single reason why I should stay. Advice or suggestions on what to say?
