So super quick question antiwork team… I logged on to work this morning and saw that one of my co-workers was denied use of their accrued wellness time when they were not feeling well. USA company, are they allowed to decline to allow usage at that time when my co-worker needed the day because they were unwell? No ADA issues that I am aware of, just needed the rest of the day because they are call center worker and were having trouble speaking due to the increased call volumes of fraudsters recently. Any government rules or mandates links/information would be appreciated. Obviously, from a moral standpoint it's bullshit. So sick of these greedy monopolistic whores benefiting from my energy building their billion dollar dreams. Definitely on my way out of this matrix lol Thanks guys
