WFH Bias?

I got to a point with my last job where I knew it was offering all it could for me. I got a new job with more responsibility and I started today. During my two interviews, it was emphasized that the company is a hybrid workplace where you can work from home and in the office. I prefer this kind of work environment since my last job was fully remote and I found this somewhat limiting. I think I’m going to prepare a document that will help the team out this week in office but when recapping the week on Friday I’m going to emphasize i want to execute at a high level and need the hybrid flexibility to continue to preform well but don’t want to get off on the wrong foot.

I honestly prefer my at home stand up desk (an efficient and productive setup) as apposed to their cubicle with florescent lights and “cube neighbors” which are distracting as they are technicians constantly chatting and younger than me.

I have mild adhd and the office environment is good for me sometimes but this is odd.
Thoughts??
