WFH charges – double slap.

This happend to my friend at the place he works, its a Big Company and he works in IT department and is working from home for almost 2 years now.. For past few weeks the company has sarted pushing a Worf from Office for 100% of staff and due to that most people who wanted to continue to work remote either retaliated a little with person to person cases wih HR or just simpky moved out. Now the sotry takes turn for worst when today ge got an email, that companies updated policy is that people can choose to Work from office or Work from home but people working from home has to take some pay cut in salary as well as some variable “Convenience fee”.
