WFH contributes to racism?

Ok, this is new for me. My office has been out of the building since covid, and then a renovation has extended WFH. Each month we attend an all HR meeting (yes, I’m HR) and every meeting focuses on equity and diversity. This week the presenter announces that studies have shown that employees that work from home are more likely to be biased because they are not exposed to different people. Being the person I am, I immediately emailed the presenter and asked for a link to this study. Total silence. Has anyone seen a study like this? I’ve been unable to find anything close to what he talked about. FYI, and I am pro-employee and pro-wfh. I know there’s a lot of hate for HR over here.
