I got laid off for being too great at my job. Now I’m stuck trying to apply for unemployment and someone committed fraud in my name at the start of the pandemic.. so 3 weeks with zero money bc they allowed someone to steal. My company offered a shitty severance package despite knowing they could have given me 60 days notice. Out of 100+ applications I’ve only received one interview despite a glowing resume… and to top it off Layoffs are crazy af right now and the jobless are in competition with the people sitting in their offices hating their job so using the resources to find another job and compete with the jobless. This is the job hunt in a nutshell right now… I hate it here. #rantover
