WFH, manager wants me to put every work activity every day on my calendar

I work from home predominantly, and my manager just told me she wants me to block out my entire day, every day, on my shared calendar so she can see what I’m doing during the day. I’m not sure what to do because even if I complete every single task I need it won’t fill up an entire day. I’m also available for our clients essentially 24/7 (although I don’t answer the phone or emails on weekends). I do have down time during the day because there just isn’t too much for me to do all the time. How do you think I should navigate this? Quitting isn’t an option, I like my job other than this aspect.
