Running a company from management POV is like a Fishing.
▪︎Where they can sit and relax.
▪︎They see all bottom level employees as worms.
▪︎”A pointy Hook must go through the soul of an employee.
▪︎Worms are always used to get the fish, which only management can eat.
▪︎And complain if the fish the worm caught is not upto the standard, throw that used worm into water to look for a new worm.
▪︎At the end, All base level employees are stabbed and left to live/die with broken physical and mental health.
