What are some entry level remote jobs that don’t micromanage?

With most office workers working from home now I would love to jump on the chance to work remotely. The problem is I only got blue collar experience and don't have a degree so I can't get one of the higher paying jobs in the tech industry, unless I can be self learned. I want to work remote because I read stories of people who can get their work done in 2 to 4 hours and be paid full 8 hours. Though I see this more in tech fields and not much that are entry level. I know there are entry level jobs ranging from customer service to data entry. However, I hear that these jobs are more monitored by bosses and have more of a chance of installing spyware. Are there any jobs like this at a entry level that do not do this where you can work on…
