I’m planning a new unit on employment law in the coming weeks and I want to start the unit with a lesson about legal lies that businesses frequently tell employees. I’m thinking about things in the vein of “you can get fired for discussing pay.” The overall goal is making sure teens are aware of their individual employment rights. Any recommendations on topics/lies I should add to the lesson would be greatly appreciated.
