I'm looking for work for after my maternity leave and I've always interviewed poorly. It's a combination of lack or confidence/ADHD brain that shuts off in high stress situations. What are some of your go to questions or practices for interviews to nail it and to know you're working for a stand up company?
Also, is it wrong to ask in an interview how they'd be able to accommodate me having to leave unexpectedly for my kids? Obviously not all the time but if the daycare or school were to call, I don't want to deal with a pissy employer.
