What are the biggest red flags you experienced in the interview process?

For me… Request to do an unpaid project “business plan” as a final requirement for the job… Ended up taking the job, it was a nightmare from day one…Left after three long years of complete mismanagement by senior leaders… Another red flag is when the interviewer casually states at end of interview the “expectation” for success in this role is 60-70 hours per week, when then pay is based on a 40 hour work week… Another red flag is when the interviewer state you will be required to “check in” with your boss 3 times daily to go over your goals… Another red flag on a job description is when the description dictates “how” you will spend ever second of your day in terms of “30 percent of your day you will do X, 20 percent of your day you will do Y, 40 percent of your day you will…
