While there are infinite ways to make money, what are some of the ways people creating assets to cover their liabilities?
Social media is full of the multimillion dollar mansions and driveways full of endless sports cars but I’m not even talking about that. Even making 30-40k a year through assets alone would be life changing for me. So what kind of opportunities are out this for that? Short of creating your own business which doesn’t really seem like an asset to me. That’s a different kind of freedom that usually requires more liability than you stand to gain, especially when considering the number of never ending hours required to make that work.
