I know this is ANTI-work but there’s a lot of good insight on here.
So the company (residential care) I (administrator) work for is opening a new location and we need to hire roughly 24 new employees fast. We already have a hard time hiring for the existing 2 locations. Here’s what we offer, for the lowest entry level position: $17-$20/hr starting, health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, and we work with everyone’s schedules, also no degree required. A large majority of the people who get hired are happy and stay on, but finding eligible people is so hard. And we just started offering referral bonuses of $150 to each party.
What else can be done to find people?
