What can I do about what is basically mandatory overtime?

My hours are from 7-3 every day M-F. My coworker was already getting hella overtime as the sole service technician and they hired me as a second technician. With two of us going in two directions to handle these service requests, you’d think that we could easily tackle these in a standard work day, yet we still both manage to rack up at least 10 hours of OT each week. It’s also worth mentioning that we get our daily tasking done by a reasonable time but our managers are very insistent that we do extra “since we’re in the area”, except these jobs tend to be an hour apart from each other. I’m tired, as I’m sure you all are. I’m tired of getting home every day at 7 or 9 at night. I can never plan anything after work outside of eating dinner and going to bed. I can’t live my life weekend to weekend. I can’t have hobbies when I don’t have time. I can’t quit my job or I’ll lose my apartment. Fuck this country
