Title. I work at a Federal non-profit that’s really nice and has great benefits. They’re paying for part of my tuition too. They just asked me to upload my resume to Paycom, where we upload everything HR related. What do I say? I don’t have a resume. I’d rather just not, because I already work here. What are they gonna do with it? Use it to justify my job, or worse, my firing?
