Long story short, I just put in my resignation at my place of employment of over 10 years. It's been pretty good for the most part but last 2 years has been brutal. We all felt like since the pandemic the company just figured out a way to micromanage and used the pandemic as an excuse. I got into some performance issue with management. I fought back and said I actually over performed but they were say one of my stats were not good and said it was misconduct. I fought back harder becasue I hold myself to high standards. After that the company did some shady shit. I don't want to go into detail becasue that might identify me but there were was harassment and unfairness. Some workplace intimidation. At the end of all this I decided I respect myself enough to not work for a company like this. When I'm working I represent the company and its not like a paycheck for me. It's like mt second family and I don't want to associate with this brand anymore.
Now, i started reading about constructive dismissal. Do I have grounds for that? I also have an open investigation for harassment and intimidation. I wonder if this qualifies for constructive dismissal due to workplace harassment. To give some more context i did request to change teams but they declined it. It my eyes they failed to remove me from a hostile environment. I didn't quite right away, I tried to work it out but i received more bullying.
