I have always had jobs that stated how bad unions are and how they will put us out of work. I know very little on what they actually do and today I just joined a job that has a union. The thing is the workers seemed genuinely happy they didnt for the most part seem like they hated their job (more than one should). And now I am really wondering is being in a union a really good thing and what does it mean?
