You know what the solution is? Fucking pay more!
If your business requires employees to properly function, and you, as the business owner, cannot sufficiently pay a livable wage because you would “go out of business”, something is fundamentally wrong with your business model and your are running a bad business.
Similarly, if you can only afford to have employees by paying them less than a livable wage, you are essentially saying:
“I want you to sacrifice your finances so I can achieve my dream of owning a business.
It is a completely, 100% selfish and immoral thing to do.
The business owners who can afford to pay a livable wage, yet don't, are also complete pieces of shit — but that a different story.
