What is a good counter to “Suck it up Buttercup” regarding better working conditions?

I have worked my way up to be involved in the leadership meetings at my work. Whenever something comes up that will affect working conditions one of the managers favorite sayings is “Well this sounds like a suck it up buttercup situation”. Not only do I find it offensive to call employees buttercup or to suck it up, I hate that mentality of they just need to be okay with bad working conditions mentality. I am always on the other side of the argument advocating for better working conditions. What is something clever I could say as the opposite this week? Maybe that rhymes. So I could say “Well if Jack wants to be the workers have to deal with it “suck it up buttercup” type of advocate, I can be the it is leadership’s job to improve working conditions (something clever) advocate.”
